Shipping and Order FAQ
-Currency: Default prices are USD $.
-Order Processing: Ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Made-to-orders will be delivered as described on the product page. A tracking update will be sent to customers once the order has been sent out. Orders are shipped from our studio in Singapore.
- Local Pick-up: Customers based in Singapore may schedule a fitting and/or pick-up time by sending an email to aoeistudio [at] gmail.com.
- Payment: A.Oei Studio accepts Paypal, Visa, and Mastercard. Credit card processing is done via Paypal or Shopify Securepay.
-Order Cancellation: Customers may contact the studio to request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days in the same method as the original payment.
-Returns/Refunds: Returns are allowed within 14 days after receiving the order. All goods must be returned unworn, in original condition with tags attached. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Once we receive and confirm the returned order, we will process your refund within 2 business days in the same method as the original payment. If the item has a defect or there was a mistake in the delivery on the part of A.Oei Studio, the customer will be reimbursed for both the delivery and return charges.
-How to Complete a Return: Email aoeistudio [at] gmail.com with order # and "Item Refund" as subject title. We will respond within 2 business days.
-Final Sale/Exchanges: Pieces that are marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned with the exception of defects or order discrepancies. Exchanges are dependent on the availability of stock. Email aoeistudio [at] gmail.com with order # and 'Exchanges' as subject title.
-Liability: A.Oei Studio is not liable for any shipping delays, losses or goods damaged in the course of shipping. We strongly value quality control and have made all possible efforts to ensure that the goods sent are in perfect condition.
-International Duties and Taxes: A.Oei Studio does not reimburse import duties and/or taxes. Customers are advised to contact their local customs offices for more information regarding international shipping duties. In the event that a customer does not collect the package, the full postage charge of redelivery will be borne by the customer.
*U.S. Customers: At the moment, we use Fedex Express to ensure a smooth delivery. Upon receiving the package, Fedex will send a payment link for import duties via email or text message. Import duties are approximately 10% of the shipment value.
